   G & I Textile Co., Ltd. was established on June 30, 2006. As a joint venture company in the previous 11 years, our achievements, and success are credited to our accumulated management, local experience, and also because of years of hard work. Ever since the customers strongly claimed that the success of our company is to provide a better service for them ; new plans, new development that meet customer’s requirements were generated. Finally, G & I Textile Co., Ltd. was founded.

      In addition to more than 20 years of valuable experience in Vietnam, our family members also successfully invested in Thailand 43 years ago where they set up an identical textile factory. It is currently one of the most dominant company in Thailand that the annual turnover is more than 15,000,000USD. There is no doubt that it can become our steady support in any aspect.

Current situation and expansion plan:

A: Crew:

      Other than the necessary increase in field operators, laboratory inspectors; additional designers, tailors and international sales staff will be added to meet the rapid needs of quality assurance and services for future customers.

B: Machinery and equipment:

Loom

Our knitting machines are divided into two categories

A: 10 German Warp knitting machine. The monthly output is around 700,000 ~ 850,000 yards

B: 19 Taiwan Circular knitting machine (. The monthly output is around 500,000 ~ 600,000 yards

The total monthly production is about 1,200,000 to 1,450,000 yards

Laboratory:

While increasing of production efficiency, the quality assurance is relatively important. To provide a international standard laboratory is necessary. Our cloth will be examined through the equipment, to ensure the quality is above customers expectation, and risen quality stability. Thus these data will be converted into the quality manual, and reduce costs to increase revenue.

C: Quality Certification:

     The acquisition of officially- recognized certification is necessary for a globalize company.  Here are the certification that our company currently hold.

 ISO 9001: 2008 Quality certification

 Oeko-Tex standard 100 (Textile non-toxic certification)

D: ERP (enterprise resource planning)

  Process control and shorten the delivery time is the key for future survival. The customers, and our crew will be aware of the delivery. This system can Co-ordination and manage the stock and predict the procurement time, preventing us from hoarding too much money on the raw materials, or found to be insufficient.  The purpose of ERP is to add up one more protection for our products, and rights that our customers deserve. 

  The concept of service must be imported to the production plant. This is one of our goal. ERP are not just for integration of enterprise resources, moreover the accurate delivery control. We will be able to take the initiative to inform customers of the current production progress, and customers can always open up the system at any time to find their own progress, so that customers can rest assured the order to us.

The market becomes more competitive nowadays. The production cycle becomes shorter and shorter. The so-called "opportunity finance" era has been rare and has been transformed into "management finance". Therefore, to reach our target of the year; we will be aiming good operational target control, cost analysis, quality planning, production control, and delivery control. These five goals are the annual goals we are looking forward to.

E: Products launch

Lycra Elastic cloth is now a year, specializing in rhythmic clothes, gymnastics and swimwear. However, due to the current stage of the Vietnamese environment and the lack of manufacturers, many demand of the elastic cloth can not be reached, we still need to rely on imports. To make it the most profitable, and maximize its competitiveness, here is one current development we will be focusing on.

  F: Provide a Better Solution:

 Provides customers with better choices and adjust our goal and task, based on our own skills and experience has always been our mission. How to achieve the same function but reduces its costs to meet the customers’ demands has always been our strength. The purpose of this is actually complete the ultimate goal of making all consumers, customers and factories win in both ways. 

  Cooperation plan:

    Post-processing dyeing and finishing plant:

      Dyeing and finishing process is the last process to complete the finished fabric. Our cloth were separated to different factories to complete the last production according to customer requirements. However, the core techniques transfer and cooperation are a waste of time and cost. Now, G & I has set up a new factory "ING Printing and Dyeing" and has obtained a dyeing, printing and sewage discharge licenses. It is expected to commence construction in 2017, and operate in 2018. For the quality, the core techniques and new product development and customer service will be greatly improved in the future. Not merely to the valuable services that our supportive customers get, and the guard of the products that we developed with our customers.
